Cancellation and refund policy of Notes Purchase

We take a lot of effort in making sure that our customers receive products and services in good condition. If case they have received  a mal-functioned product or services they can ask for a replacement or can return the original product.

In case our shipment is delayed beyond two weeks after the placement of the order due to unavoidable circumstances, and the customer want their refund, they can cancel the order and the paid amount will be refunded.

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit or debit card holder account.

Refund of membership fees

In no case we will refund the membership paid to us to use the notes and our other services except deficiency from our side and it must be proved within 24 hours of getting membership.
