ICAI Extends 75% Fee Concession for CA Students from J&K, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar, and NE States Until 2028
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has extended its
75% concession on registration fees for students enrolling in the Chartered Accountancy
(CA) course from certain regions of India.
Important Date: The concession will now be available until March 31, 2028.
Available for the students of Following states and union territories:
1. The Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir,
2. Ladakh,
3. Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and
4. The eight North-Eastern states—Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur,
Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura.
Applicable Courses and Fee
Structure
The concession applies to all levels of the CA course—Foundation,
Intermediate, and Final. Under this scheme, students from the specified regions
will pay reduced registration fees as follows:

Important Point:
1. It is important to note that this concession applies only to the registration fee.
2. Other applicable fees, such as examination
fees, study material charges, and membership fees, must be paid in full by
students.
Eligibility and Required Documents
To avail of this fee concession, students must:
1. Be permanent residents of Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman &
Nicobar Islands, or any of the eight North-Eastern states.
2. Provide proof of domicile or permanent residence.
3. Submit one of the following identity proofs:
a) Aadhaar Card
b) Passport
c) Voter ID
d) Driving License
e) Ration Card
