Age limit: Age Limit: The candidates
should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 36 years of age as on
01/01/2025.
Age Relaxation for both categories - Graduates and Undergraduates
1. SC/ ST: By 5 years
2. OBC/ MOBC: By 3 years
3. PwBD: 10 years for UR, 13 years for OBC, 15
years for SC/ST
4. Widows/Divorced Women: 35 years (UR), 38
years (OBC), 40 years (SC/ST)
Note:
The age limit of the candidates will be
calculated on the basis of the Class X/ Class-XII Examination Admit Card issued
by a recognized authority where Date of Birth (DOB) is clearly reflected.
Upper Age relaxation includes a relaxation of 3
years in age beyond the prescribed age limit as a one-time measure due to
Covid-19 pandemic.
Examination Fees (Refundable)
1. For SC/ST, PwBD, Women, Transgender,
Minorities and Economically Backward Class: Rs. 250
(Rs. 250 is refundable to the candidates after
deducting bank charges on appearing in CBT)
2. For others: Rs. 500
(Rs. 400 out of Rs. 500 is refundable to the
candidates after deducting bank charges on appearing in CBT)
RRB NTPC Selection Process 2024
The RRB NTPC Selection Process
2024 involves four stages.
1st stage: Computer Based Test (CBT-
1). This is common for all post.
2nd stage: Computer Based Test (CBT-2):
A more in-depth examination, with different levels of difficulty based on the
post applied for.
3rd Stage: Typing Skill
Test/Computer-Based Aptitude Test
4th Stage: Document verification/
Medical examination
How to Apply for RRB NTPC 2024 Exam?
1. Visit the official website of RRB.: Link
Given here http://www.rrbapply.gov.in
2. Register by providing your necessary
details, such as name, email ID, phone number and other relevant information.
3. After registration, log in using your
credentials – login ID and Password.
4. Fill out the application form with your
educational and personal details.
5. Select posts in which you are applying
6. Upload scanned copies of your photograph,
signature, and other required documents.
7. Pay the application fee online. (Refundable
after appearing in CBT)
8. Submit the application form and take a
printout for future reference.
